Herb Sennett is running for the Florida Legislature House of Representatives from District 87. The district includes most of the area from Okeechobee Blvd. on the north to Lake Worth Road on the South and from US1 on the east to Military Trail on the west. Herb wants to represent all of the people in the area, especially those of Hispanic heritage whose needs have been seriously overlooked. At present, Hispanics make up nearly a majority of the residents. It is now time for the State House in Tallahassee to realize the power and the influence of the Hispanic community. Although Herb is a seventh-generation Irishman, he is keenly aware of the needs of minorities. He spent the last fifteen years of his forty-year career as a teacher at Palm Beach State College where he encountered and helped hundreds of young Hispanics studying to prepare for their future as voting and tax-paying adults in Palm Beach County. He is asking for your vote on November 3, 2020.
